GENERAL

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and need 10 days for shipment, depending on destination.

  • Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified for the tracking number of your order via email.

  • All orders are shipped via Recorded UPS Express Saver Service DHL or Fedex (USA only)

  • We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

  • All orders are processed during working days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 26/12, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, 2/01)

RETURNS

Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receipt.

Your purchase must be returned in it’s original packaging, in perfect unused condition.

You are responsible for the return & cost of shipping. We only accept recorded packages via courier or National mail. We strongly suggest to contact us prior sending us the parcel in order to validate the process. For returns, a six-month credit note is issued for your next purchase. We do not make any refund.
